Housekeeping Professional Role

Crystalbrook Vincent, a leading hotel in Queensland, is seeking experienced housekeepers and public area attendants to join its team.

As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

  • Cleaning and maintaining hotel rooms and public areas with attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Providing outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guests' needs and concerns
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver seamless operations and excellent guest experiences

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail in cleaning and room presentation
