As part of the Housekeeping Team, you will help us ensure our luxurious rooms, suites, public areas, guest amenities, staff village and facilities are always 'fresh and welcoming.'
Your day to day will involve:Attending to guest requestsReporting any maintenance concernsCheck out, service and deep cleaning of rooms in line with brand standardsAttending to staff village rooms as requiredAssisting the wider Housekeeping Team as neededWhat We Need From YouThe ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, making it easy for guests to approach you with concerns or compliments, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Your problem-solving abilities will turn challenges into opportunities, allowing every guest to leave with great memories.
Fluency in the local language is essential, and additional language skills are a plus, while strong reading and writing abilities are important for following instructions.
