
Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual who excels at managing expectations, working with systems, and building collaborative relationships across the business.
\The successful candidate will support the supply chain function across the ANZ market, collaborating between the customer experience and warehouse & distribution teams as part of the wider supply chain team.
\The goal is to develop a broad understanding of the commercial supply chain and its relationships with both the commercial business and external stakeholders.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Perform tasks related to various supply chain areas, including report creation, system updates, inbound freight analysis, order management, and learning Power BI tools.\
- Collaborate with regional and global supply chain teams to ensure interfaces are well maintained and understanding the end-to-end supply chain interdependencies.\
- Manage the full end-to-end process from order to delivery and achieving internal KPIs across supply chain functions.\
- Manage phone and email correspondence with key customers.\
- Ownership of customer service email inbox and inbound AU phone queue.\
- Deliver optimized customer service, product availability, and cost to serve to respective commercial areas.\
- Collaborate with external partners to monitor performance, improve, and drive service levels.\
- Implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.\
- Work with sales colleagues to manage customer requirements.\
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as quality assurance to meet quality standards in ANZ distribution networks.\
- Assist management with month, quarter, and year-end closure activities as needed.
This role is ideal for someone with a bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years' work experience in supply chain. The candidate should:

- Have a keen interest in pursuing a career in supply chain.\
- Possess excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Have a high level of business and financial acumen, with the ability to influence and negotiate confidently with stakeholders.\
- Be highly organized to meet multiple deadlines and capable of prioritizing effectively.\
- Be experienced with Excel.\
- Be able to use or learn systems like SAP and Power BI.
