This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Membership Services Professional, where you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests, monitoring club access, answering questions, handling member complaints, and selling memberships.
You will be responsible for operating the Point-of-Sale system, collecting balances of past due accounts, making appointments for PE @ PF hourly sessions, and maintaining the customer service front desk. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver new locations each year, impacting the lives of 1 million Australians through the delivery of fun and affordable fitness.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent phone/communication skills, the ability to follow directions well, and the ability to work well independently. You will also need to have an upbeat and motivating attitude, previous customer service experience, Certificate 3 in Fitness, First Aid and CPR certification, WWC (working with children) certificate/number, and National Police Check certificate.
