Retail Operations Manager

As a retail professional, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by creating engaging shopping experiences for customers. You will utilize exceptional merchandising and presentation abilities while working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team to enhance showroom and product displays, increasing customer satisfaction and driving sales.
- Manage planograms and ensure showroom presentation meets high standards, reflecting positively on the store's image.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment through creative use of visual merchandising techniques.
- Prior experience in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions is highly valued.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills are essential for success in this role.
- Leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition are crucial for driving team performance.
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or as discussed with Manager is required.
- A valid driver's license (manual preferred) is necessary for assisting with deliveries from time-to-time.
