About Us
\rMacquarie University is committed to providing students with a disability, health condition and/or carers of people with a disability with appropriate assistance, support and services to access their studies.
\rDisability practitioners and support staff work closely with other key departments within the University to implement reasonable adjustments and to raise awareness and understanding of disability issues with all students and staff.
\rAs a Casual Note Taker you will be an integral part of our team, supporting students who require note-taking assistance due to a disability. You will be responsible for attending classes, taking accurate and comprehensive notes, and uploading these notes to our ACCESS portal within 48 hours of each session.
\rWe are looking for individuals who are passionate about accessibility and are willing to commit to this role on a casual basis. If you have excellent communication skills, are able to work independently and as part of a team, and are comfortable using technology, we would love to hear from you.
\rThe estimated hourly rate for this position is $37.05 (HEW 1 - hourly rate listed includes 25% casual loading), making it a great opportunity for students looking to earn some extra money while contributing to the University's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
