  • A strategic leader is sought to drive operational efficiency, empower teams, and foster business growth in a dynamic environment where safety, customer satisfaction, and innovation are top priorities.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team and vehicle fleet requirements to meet operational goals. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can undertake all operational duties involved with the successful running of the location.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    ">

    • Effectively manage vehicle fleet levels and employee rostering to meet customer demands.

  • Print, action, and monitor reports/financial plans and contribute to the development of the annual business plan for the location.

  • Continually compare location performance against the strategic plan, and implement necessary contingency measures to ensure targets are achieved.

  • Monitor the level of customer service being delivered and continually identify and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Create and facilitate a team environment.

  • Ensure effective performance management practices are applied at the location.

  • Identify and continually monitor employee needs and implement actions to increase employee satisfaction and manage the performance of employees as needed.

  • Contribute to the development of the annual business plan.

  • Proactively seek solutions to problems identified.

  • Monitor to ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Other duties as may be required from time to time.

  • Ensure Quality Assurance standards are achieved or exceeded.

  • Requirements:

    ">

    • Previous experience leading and inspiring a team in a similar role and/or environment (car rental industry experience being advantageous).

  • Full unrestricted working right in Australia.

  • The ability to provide coaching and feedback to our employees.

  • The ability to use your initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent computer proficiency especially with MS Office.

  • The ability to maximise performance of the team.

  • Knowledge of relevant industrial relations legislation.
