**About the Role**:
A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Sydney or Melbourne.
Reporting to the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager, you will assist in identifying current and future hiring needs and provide an end-to-end recruitment process together with the below duties and responsibilities:
- Provide a pro-active and professional in-house recruitment solution
- Contribute to bring to life our People Strategy and continue to strengthen our employer brand by looking for best practice, continuous improvement, cost optimisation and innovation
- Execute the recruitment strategy through a range of channels including SAP SuccessFactors, job boards, social networks, talent pools, assessment centres, referrals and Career Expos
- Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
- Database maintenance
- Work in partnership with agencies when required
- Carry our Talent Acquisition projects that will add value to the business, increase consistency, efficiency and quality of all aspects that impact Talent Acquisition such as best practice implementation, global framework alignment, early career programs, diversity, and inclusion initiatives

**About you**:
- Experience working with an ATS or HR System - preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise workload
- Be a proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
