Superannuation Regulatory Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading superannuation funds on major regulatory change projects, assisting clients in responding to regulatory investigations and prosecutions, and advising on complex superannuation fund mergers.
Key Responsibilities:- Advising multiple superannuation funds on significant regulatory projects;
- Assisting financial services clients in responding to various regulatory inquiries and proceedings, including APRA and ASIC matters;
- Providing guidance on large-scale superannuation fund consolidations;
- Offering advisory services to financial services clients regarding their broader regulatory needs, encompassing superannuation, investment regulations, and licensing requirements.
Candidates should have experience working in the superannuation or financial services sector, ideally from a top-tier firm or an in-house team. They must demonstrate a passion for specializing in superannuation and financial services regulatory work, with a focus on clients in the superannuation sector while maintaining generalist expertise.
