Senior Regulatory Specialist

The role involves working with leading superannuation funds on regulatory matters, collaborating closely with partners and the wider team to gain exposure to complex financial services and superannuation advisory work.
As a member of our Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services Team, you will have the opportunity to advise on fund mergers, broader regulatory compliance, and assist with investigations and prosecutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on regulatory changes and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with the team to develop expertise in superannuation and financial services regulation.
- Assist with client-focused work, including investigations and prosecutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in superannuation or financial services, preferably from a top-tier firm or in-house team.
- Passion for specialising in superannuation and financial services regulation.
- Excellent academic record and desire to learn and grow.
