Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Blast Charging Specialist. This role involves the safe and efficient charging of explosives for both development and production blasts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining underground firing lines, carrying out shot firing duties, and transporting and handling explosives with utmost care.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety above all else.

Requirements:
  • Vast experience in underground operations
  • Familiarity with emulsion blasting systems
  • A proven track record of safe mining practices
  • Dangerous Goods and Working at Heights Ticket required
  • Valid drivers' license and Shot firer's license essential
