Job Title: Employer Engagement Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and driven professional to join our team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers and community networks to secure employment opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain employer and community partnerships to secure job placements for our clients.
  • Manage a small caseload of clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Provide expert advice and information about our services, connecting clients and the wider community.
  • Work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and contribute to making a positive impact on people's lives.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an outcome-based environment and achieve significant results.
  • Excellent networking and partnership-building skills to engage with employers and clients.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in database management.
