At KPMG, we're seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our Community Care team in Australia. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the Disability and In Home Aged Care sector.

About this opportunity

This exciting role involves working with healthcare organisations to configure and deliver tailored Community Care solutions supported by Azure and Power Platform. You will leverage your expertise to implement innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure and deliver Community Care solutions using Azure and Power Platform, meeting the unique needs of healthcare organisations.
  • Lead technical assessments, solution design, and implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with client systems and processes.
  • Conduct workshops with providers to understand their business requirements and configure the Community Care solution accordingly.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers on the Community Care solution and Azure functions, utilising a train-the-trainer model.
  • Install and configure Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and other components to ensure successful Community Care solution deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project success and provide strategic guidance to clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess:

  • Relevant certifications in Azure and Power Platform, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect.
  • Extensive technical experience and hands-on expertise in several Microsoft products or technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics CE configuration.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH AZURE VIRTUAL MACHINES, AZURE APP SERVICES, AZURE FUNCTIONS, AZURE SQL DATABASE, AZURE STORAGE, AND MICROSOFT ENTRA (AZURE ACTIVE DIRECTORY).
  • Familiarity with Australian healthcare sector standards, regulations, and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
