Hygiene Service Technician

As a Service Technician with Med-X, you will be part of a rapidly growing company providing complete Clinical Waste, Sharps Disposal and Hygiene & Washroom Solutions. Our clients vary widely, and our routes from week to week are diverse. This role is ideal for an energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is happy to work unsupervised with an interest in a range of tasks such as driving, hygiene servicing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining washroom products in both male and female bathrooms
- Refilling soap, air fresheners, and sanitiser products
- Carrying out assigned hygiene and cleaning work to the highest of standards
- Operating servicing and cleaning tools
- Loading and unloading of your vehicle
- Performing daily vehicle inspections to ensure your vehicle is maintained, safe, and clean
- Completing all service paperwork
- Weighing and recording your vehicle's load weights
- Remaining compliant with all policies and procedures, including WHS
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years driving experience
- C-Class Driver's Licence
- Strong Customer Focus
- Smart phone savvy
- Ability to work independently, within a close-knit team environment
- Willing to work in both metro and regional areas
- Willing to start at varied and sometimes early times
- Safe manual handling skills
- Hard-working, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction
