Job Title: Hygiene Service Technician

As a key member of the Med-X team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our clients' washrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and maintaining washroom products to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards
  • Refilling soap, air fresheners, and sanitiser products to maintain a clean and fresh environment
  • Carrying out assigned hygiene and cleaning work to the highest standards, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
  • Operating servicing and cleaning tools to ensure efficient and effective maintenance
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure safe and efficient transportation
  • Performing daily vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are maintained, safe, and clean
  • Completing all service paperwork to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Weighing and recording vehicle load weights to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Key Requirements:
  • 1+ years driving experience with a C-Class Driver's Licence
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work independently within a close-knit team environment
  • Smart phone savvy and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Willingness to work in both metro and regional areas, with varied and sometimes early start times
  • Safe manual handling skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hard-working, punctual, and reliable with a strong commitment to safety and quality
