About the Role

  • We're seeking an experienced professional who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and is skilled in inventory management, store visual merchandising, and team leadership.
  • A successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll be responsible for managing liquor stock, creating an engaging store atmosphere, and building a high-performing team that delivers outstanding results.
  • This role requires a strong focus on achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
  • A current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one is essential.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Store Manager to achieve business objectives, drive sales growth, and build a positive reputation for our store. You'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, managing inventory levels, and creating a welcoming store environment that showcases our product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liquor Stock Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Visual Merchandising: Create an engaging store atmosphere that showcases our products and appeals to our target market.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of retail professionals, provide coaching and guidance, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and team leadership.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, product knowledge, and service excellence.

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
