We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal role in mitigating digital fraud risks across our enterprise. In this capacity, the Digital Fraud Risk Specialist will provide expert guidance and oversight to key stakeholders within the Digital Banking division.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial crime trends and challenges, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. This expertise will be leveraged to inform the development of robust risk management strategies and controls that ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing policy guidance and interpretation assistance on all fraud-related risk matters
  • Designing and implementing effective controls to mitigate digital fraud risks across end-to-end processes
  • Delivering actionable advice and insights to Senior Management and other relevant stakeholders
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and monitoring risk appetite settings and tolerances
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address emerging threats and vulnerabilities
