About the Role

As a Retail Leader at Coles, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and cost control in our stores. You'll be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet sales targets and ensuring the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct leadership experience, with a focus on developing and coaching your team
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
  • Customer-obsessed, with a focus on understanding and meeting the diverse needs of our customers
  • Ability to drive a one-team culture, with a focus on celebrating success and prioritizing team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
