Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our online Coles Liquor fulfilment centre. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for achieving key online and commercial targets by participating in growth initiatives, team management, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the efficient processing and delivery of online orders
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and coach a team of warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to meet their roles
- Ensure all team members work safely and address any safety concerns or breaches immediately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication
What you'll need:
- Previous management experience in a warehouse, logistics, or online fulfilment centre environment
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage costs, and lead a team to achieve financial and service goals
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and ensure all team members do the same
- A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
