Water Infrastructure Specialists

Job Overview
  • Conduct structural analysis and review of concrete dams, spillways and associated structures to ensure their integrity.
  • Design conceptual to detailed plans for dams and their structural components, taking into account environmental factors and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect existing dams, assessing their condition and recommending repairs or upgrades as needed.
  • Provide construction support services, including quality control and assurance evaluations, to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong background in structural design, with experience preparing design reports, drawings and specifications within the dam industry.
  • Able to work collaboratively, innovate solutions and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and industry partners.
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field (essential).
