Marketing Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide day-to-day marketing support for our Prescription and Consumer Healthcare teams.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing projects, including promotional materials distribution.
  • Coordinate product testing, product sampling programs, marketing events, and workshops.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including omnichannel campaigns.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, training sessions, sales conferences, forums, and PR events.
  • Manage the purchase order process from end-to-end.
  • Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and expenses.

This role suits individuals with 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role. Required skills include excellent communication skills, flexibility, multitasking abilities, an organized approach, and strong attention to detail.

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, science, or a related field are desirable.
