">Key Responsibilities:- Delivering Therapy Services: Provide speech pathology services to paediatric clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
- Mentorship and Professional Development: Participate in our comprehensive mentoring program, which provides guidance, support, and opportunities for skill development.
- Clinical Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in evidence-based therapy practices and stay up-to-date with industry developments and research.
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (Speech Pathology) or approved equivalent.
- Registration: Full registration with the relevant speech pathology association or eligibility for registration.
- Licenses and Checks: Valid Australian driver's licence and access to own car, unrestricted Australian work rights, current NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
- Skills and Experience: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and experience working with paediatric clients.
