**Care and Support Professionals Sought**

We are looking for experienced individuals to provide therapeutic intervention, including formal counseling and emotional support, to families with children living with life-limiting conditions.

This role involves working with one or more family members, including children and young people, to create a safe and supportive environment.

Our goal is to ensure all children and young people have the right to a quality of life, regardless of their circumstances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing trauma-informed psychosocial assessment and developing plans to meet changing family needs
  • Delivering level of support required to meet individual family needs
  • Working with diverse families and communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, LGBTIQ, refugee, and culturally diverse groups

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with children and families in grief and bereavement, family services, or the general health field
