Quality Assurance Specialist

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge autonomous drone technology, MQ-28 Ghost Bat. We are seeking an individual with strong quality management and auditing skills, as well as experience working with suppliers to drive quality, compliance, and performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Audit Planning: Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier systems, processes, and products to ensure conformance to regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Documents and reports audit and assessment results in a clear and concise manner.
  • Supplier Assessment: Assists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work.
  • Quality Education: Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues, and company initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Quality Management Experience: Experience working in quality, supplier quality, or supplier management.
  • RCCA Process Knowledge: Experience with root cause and corrective action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Aerospace Regulations: Knowledge of aerospace regulations, AS9100, and compliance standards.
