Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver rehabilitation services to clients in a community setting, focusing on improving their functional abilities and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to promote client recovery and well-being.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote self-management and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our services.
Requirements
  • Current Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of therapy practice and principles in the area of rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence and a willingness to travel to various locations.
