We are seeking a skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and align pricing processes across the region, increasing regional knowledge and cross-skilling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end AUNZ Pricing rates for Household Goods, ensuring timely communication of pricing quotes and maintaining accurate files in the AMOS system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with In Home Sales teams and agents to ensure timely communication of pricing quotes.
  • Completing and collating International Pricing for all owned and franchise locations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files in the AMOS system, ensuring changes and detail updates are captured to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintaining and updating Destination Rates in the AMOS system to support the overall Pricing function.
  • Producing accurate and informative international proposals for external agents (EXA). Taking receipt of EXA activations.
  • Assisting in preparation and construction of tender proposals for corporate accounts, agents, and partners.

Requirements include demonstrated experience in previous pricing roles in the freight/logistics industry, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team, and strong attention to detail.
