We are seeking experienced professionals to work on a part-time basis as customer service experience analysts. In this role, you will visit retail outlets and gather information about the store's presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness.

As a customer service experience analyst, you will pose as a customer while making detailed observations about your experience. This information will then be used to complete a survey online about the experience.

The ideal candidate for this role has an eye for detail and a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet.

The number of assignments offered to you will depend on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to one hour to complete.
