Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products meet customer specifications and are packed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assessments on fruit and vegetable products against customer specifications.
  • Ensure finished product meets customer specifications prior to dispatch.
  • Assist with produce packing and grading as required.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Be physically fit and able to perform manual work, lifting up to 15kg.
  • Maintain high attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Hold a current driver's licence with own transport.
  • Be well presented, reliable, enjoy working independently, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a quality control position, especially in the fresh produce industry, is highly desirable.
  • A valid forklift licence is also preferred.

  • Fresh Produce: 2 years (favourable)
  • Quality Control: 2 years (favourable)
