Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a driven and passionate Junior Property Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Property Management team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service to tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of a tidy portfolio, ensuring timely rent collection and minimizing arrears
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to tenants
- Conduct thorough inspections, including ingoing, outgoing, and routine checks, to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet high standards
- Maintain proactive communication with tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate closely with property management and leasing teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Possession of a valid driver's licence
- Prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A willingness to learn and desire to progress your career in Real Estate
- A competitive salary up to $70K
- A Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturday open homes
