Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Homecare Support Worker.

This role involves providing support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently.

  • Social Support: Building meaningful relationships with clients and enhancing their overall well-being.
  • Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily living activities.
  • Transportation: Safely transporting clients to medical appointments, shopping, and social events.
  • Domestic Assistance: Helping with household chores and meal preparation.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing).
  • Experience working in the Aged Care sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Prior experience delivering home care services to clients.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to show initiative.
  • A genuine passion for caring for others.
