Lead Health Research and Education

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our health research and education initiatives.

  • As Dean of the Sub-Faculty, you will provide strategic direction for research, education, and engagement.
  • You will foster a culture of excellence in teaching, scholarship, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and leadership to drive growth in student enrolments, research funding, and industry engagement.
  • Culture Development: Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and psychologically safe culture within the Sub-Faculty.
  • Partnership Building: Cultivate national and international partnerships to expand the Sub-Faculty's reputation and impact.
Requirements
  • A medical specialist qualification in a relevant area.
  • PhD or equivalent research doctorate in a health or medical discipline.
  • Fellowship of a recognised medical college and registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA without conditions.
