Job Summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking a skilled Project Planning and Control Analyst to support the implementation and operation of project planning and monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate performance and finance reports, providing analysis and assessment of ongoing project performance.
  • Guide project managers and control account managers in planning, analysing, and assessing project cost and schedule performance.
  • Ensure data integrity in performance reports and estimates at completion.
  • Assist in promoting a continuous improvement model, values, and approaches to business.
  • Apply knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems, project planning, and scheduling, risk management, and program management.
  • Develop and generate standard reports and metrics, interpreting them across functional boundaries.
  • Demonstrate understanding of assumptions in Estimates at Completion and their impact on sales and earnings.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Accounting, or Engineering, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated customer focus.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
