The Meteorological Data Collector is responsible for the development, delivery and operation of measurement equipment and systems to meet performance and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data collection from various sources including Radar and Wind Profilers, Automatic Weather Stations, Solar Radiation, Upper Air, Flood Warning, Sea Level, Aircraft Based Observations">
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity">
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment">
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives">
  • Contributing to the development of engineering and technological solutions">

Requirements:

APS Level 6 qualification in a relevant field such as meteorology or engineering

Strong technical skills and experience in data collection and analysis

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
