Warehouse Administrator Position

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Warehouse Administrator in our Melbourne office.

  • Responsibilities will include organizing the unloading and loading of cargo into containers and cargo trucks;
  • Coordinating the collection and delivery of goods;
  • Collaborating with the Warehouse Manager on receiving and dispatching containers;
  • Reporting any damage to cargo to the relevant supervisor/manager;
  • Inspecting and labeling import freight;
  • Reviewing warehousing and distribution freight where applicable;
  • Updating inventory records and performing regular maintenance tasks;
  • Ensuring compliance with AQIS audit and inspection requirements;
  • Communicating with customers and coordinating customer-specific orders;
  • Performing other duties as specified by the Warehouse Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
