Job Title: Charcoal Grill Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team in the Grill Section. As a Charcoal Grill Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and working effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items using flame and/or charcoal grills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.
  • Familiarity with different cuts of meat and optimal cooking temperatures.
  • A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
