NHP Electrical Engineering Products is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. This role is integral in building relationships with our commercial clients and providing exceptional support to our customers.

In this fast-paced role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to NHP's commercial client base
  • Work with our Omni Channel platform to process inbound inquiries, orders, returns, queries, services, and general items
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • See customer enquiries through to completion
  • Maintain records and documents relating to customer activity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIs

Located at our Head office in Hobart, TAS.
