P-8A Training Device Operations Specialist Role

As a professional in the field of maritime patrol aviation, this role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of high-fidelity scenarios for mission-crew simulation and maintenance technician training.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning Management System administration, computer-based courseware generation, or surface warfare. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining multiple complex scenarios to support both initial and operational training.
- Reviewing and managing aircrew and maintenance courseware via an eLearning platform.
- Managing and prioritizing stakeholder tasks across multiple platforms.
- Tracking and managing courseware improvements to meet customer requirements.
This challenging and rewarding role involves scenario generation and courseware management activities to support mission-crew simulation and maintenance technician training on the P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116/22) or equivalent qualification is desirable.
