Job Title: Vice-Chancellor of Online Education

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of online education, driving growth and innovation in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of academic leadership, with experience in developing and implementing sector-leading strategies for online programs. They will be able to build and scale successful businesses, demonstrating a high degree of emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

This role requires a commercially astute leader who can collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders to create innovative student-centred online programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong growth mindset and the ability to influence and drive change at all levels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive and implement a sector-leading strategy for online education and non-award programs.
  • Collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders to create innovative student-centred online programs.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with industry, government and community stakeholders.
  • Oversee governance and operational delivery to ensure effective and efficient program delivery while maintaining high academic quality and student success.
