  • Assist clients to set goals for employment, including identifying smaller steps along the journey
  • Work with employers to help them understand what to expect when hiring someone with disability
  • Help clients into work, and support employers and clients to sustain it
  • Collaborate with your teammates
  • Maintain accurate records
