Job Role

We are seeking a recent graduate to fill this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work on various projects and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Becoming the voice of the company by building, motivating, and working with a team of healthtech specialists.
  • Interacting daily with customers and external stakeholders to ensure they have a great experience and implement business process engineering.
  • Developing customer and external stakeholder support processes that can scale to a 10x volume and ensuring every doctor receives exceptional service.
  • Owning projects from start to finish. If it breaks, we fix it together (but don't worry, we've got great monitoring).
Requirements
  • A penultimate year university student.
  • You love solving people and process challenges as much as technical problems.
  • Some professional experience, whether it's internships or working on a project of your own.
  • Be available as a casual to work in the office 3-4 days a week (1 or 2 days on the weekend) with some shifts after hours. We will align with you and any existing study commitments you have.
