Internal Sales Representative

Overview: We are seeking a sales professional with strong acumen and technical knowledge in the electrical industry, particularly with cables and related products. This role will suit someone who is customer-focused and able to develop rapport with customers.

About the Role:
  • Support customers with product enquiries via phone, email, or counter sales
  • Provide accurate technical advice and product solutions for electrical cable and associated products
  • Process sales orders efficiently and accurately using internal systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in internal sales within electrical wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing (preferred)
  • Strong product knowledge of electrical cable and associated products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver outstanding service
