Job Title

Are you a skilled and motivated individual looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We are seeking talented Kitchen Hands to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes
  • Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar role is preferred, but we are also open to training individuals with a strong passion for the culinary field
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food handling procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
