**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Centre Manager to join our team at Redpath Partners Pty. As a key member of our retail property management agency, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained sub-regional shopping centre in Melbourne's western suburbs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare and implement the annual business plan, budgets, and forecasting to drive centre performance
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Identify and pursue leasing opportunities, including casual mall leasing, to maximize centre revenue
* Assist in the development and implementation of the centre's marketing strategy to drive foot traffic and sales
* Manage the debtors report and review centre performance to identify areas for improvement
* Lead the Centre Management team to achieve centre goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in shopping centre management or retail management
* Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
