The Role:

We are looking for casual Retail Assistants to join our team. If you love providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and making shopping enjoyable, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and expert product recommendations
  • Stay updated with ongoing professional training
  • Maintain a vibrant and well-stocked store environment
  • Process transactions efficiently and smoothly
  • Assist customers with queries in a friendly and professional manner
What We're Looking For:
  • A passion for customer service and sales
  • Confident communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Well-groomed and professionally presented
  • Retail experience is a plus but not essential – we will train you
  • Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • A valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
