Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill leadership positions within our airport operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing store teams, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store teams effectively, ensuring tasks are completed according to standards and procedure
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and be a true brand ambassador
  • Lead from the front, coach and support team members to achieve business objectives
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive people culture
  • Assist in training staff in customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or customer-facing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Valid working rights and ability to obtain and maintain an airport security pass

Working Environment:

The stores operate in a busy airport environment, which requires flexibility with availability. Shifts may cover 7 days a week and can begin as early as 4am and end as late as 10pm. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that values work-life balance.
