Finance Business Partner Role

Foster strong relationships with teams to drive commercial outcomes.

This role involves collaborating with team members to provide strategic advice on commercial matters, defining and achieving relevant targets, and using data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review financials related to product development and sourcing monthly to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices.
  2. Deliver regular reports and track key performance indicators.
  3. Manage marketing spend and oversee the ecommerce platform's profit and loss statement.
  4. Establish robust processes for budgeting and forecasting.
  5. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and profitability.
  6. Analyse marketing metrics such as cost-per-lead, lead conversion, and acquisition costs.
  7. Track return on investment in partnership with sales teams.
  8. Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business strategy through product reviews and range rationalization.
  9. Drive strategic stock decisions and develop a new product development framework.
  10. Prepare and present business cases, providing recommendations for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a business partnering role.
  • Certified public accountant or equivalent qualification.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Relevant industry experience is highly beneficial.
