About the Apprenticeship:
">We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-time Light Vehicle Automotive Technology Apprentice.
">This is a 4-year apprenticeship that will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in servicing and repairing vehicles, including engines, brakes, tyres, electronics, wheel balancing and alignment, diagnostics, fuel systems and transmissions.
">As part of your apprenticeship, you will be required to complete training with a registered training organisation (RTO). Our organisation will arrange all training requirements and work closely with you to ensure you are progressing in line with your training plan.
">You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:
">- Servicing and repairing vehicles
- Road testing and providing feedback to the workshop manager
- Keeping the workshop clean and tidy
- Completing a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Technology at Trade School
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
">- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Eligibility criteria applies to prior qualifications
- Commitment to full-time 4-year apprenticeship
- Driver's licence and own car (preferred)
- Ability to undergo a hearing test
