We're seeking an experienced Territory Manager who can take on a leadership role, driving success in their team and managing their territory effectively.


Your Impact


As a Territory Manager, you will coach and lead a team of Territory Managers and Merchandisers to achieve sales goals and set up the team for success. You'll be responsible for your designated territory, ensuring you stay connected with retail environments and setting high standards for the team. A solution-focused individual with a continuous improvement mindset, you will leverage data to drive decision-making and ensure efficiency.


Specifically, you will:



  • Drive growth and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collect market intelligence and share insights with the business
  • Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders within the field sales team, support office, and broader business
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
  • Set performance objectives and conduct reviews
  • Promote products and expand distribution and shelf facings
  • Create networks and establish relationships with key stakeholders
  • Regularly visit and engage with corporate/independent supermarkets/grocers in your assigned territory
  • Lead WHS safety initiatives with the NFSM and WHS Champion Team

You Will Thrive If:



  • You have successful Territory Management or Account Management experience, consistently exceeding company objectives
  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professional presentation
  • Demonstrated FMCG experience is highly desirable
  • You can lead internally with empathy and sympathy
  • You can interpret sales data, trends, and navigate action items relevant to your state
  • You can monitor and manage performance and engage in difficult conversations when necessary
  • You are results-driven, manage time effectively, and lead by example
  • You possess IT proficiency, including MS Office Teams, particularly Excel, and CRM
  • You can determine your own decision-making levels and resolve issues efficiently
  • You are willing to travel intrastate and interstate
  • You hold a valid Queensland Driver's License
