Key Responsibilities:- Assess mortgage applications from submission to settlement efficiently
- Collaborate with brokers, customers and internal teams to resolve queries promptly and effectively
- Streamline credit processes and drive automation in our workflows to increase productivity
- Manage competing priorities and service level agreements to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and maintain a robust credit risk framework
- Experience in residential lending, including conforming and non-conforming loans
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks
- Ability to review and verify supporting documents for timely decision-making
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
