Job Overview

The role of the Department Head is to lead and manage a department within an educational institution, focusing on delivering high-quality learning outcomes for students.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement plans to achieve excellence in teaching and learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting standards for student and staff performance, embedding socially just practices in daily school life, and forming partnerships with stakeholders.
